Been on a health kick lately and served up some seared tuna on a bed of greens for lunch!
Yellowfin tuna steak
1 tsp lime zest
2 tbsp lime juice
A dash of soy sauce
Half a garlic minced
1 tbsp Olive oil
Combine the above ingredients, except the tuna, and set aside.
Wash and pat dry tuna steak and sprinkle with a little salt on both sides. Sear on high heat (1 min on each side). Remove from heat and slice thin. Combine the sliced tuna with the dressing, seal and refrigerate for 10 mins.
Plate your greens, top with seared tuna and drizzle remaining dressing on greens and enjoy. This was super delish! 😊
