Seafood Risotto - the ultimate comfort food!

Craving some seafood risotto right about now🦐🦞🦀🦑🍚🦪🤤




1 lb Shrimp

10-15 Scallop

1 lb Lobster

1.5 cups arborio rice

2-3 cloves garlic

Seafood stock

Salt & pepper to taste

Sauté the seafood and set aside. In a separate pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in arborio rice and stir until rice has a light golden color. Slowly add in prepared seafod stock one ladel at a time and continue stirring until all the liquid has evaporated before ladeling more in. In about 15-20 minutes, rice will start looking creamy. Remove rice from heat and add in seafood and a generous serving of parmesan cheese. Enjoy - its a labour of love and so worth it!
