Seafood pasta!

Seafood pasta lunch. Gloomy day cravings 💕

1-2 lbs mussels

1 lb shrimp devined

6 cloves garlic chopped

4-5 anchovies

2 pinch red chili flaked

1/2 cup wine ( used beer here)

Prepare pasta to al denté. In a pan on med heat, sautee garlic, add anchovies and red pepper flakes and cook for a few mins. Add seafood (mussels and shrimp), cook for a few mins and add in beer. Cook covered until shrimp is no longer pink and mussels have opened up. Toss in pasta, add fresh parsley as garnish, salt and pepper and serve!
