Boston lettuce fish tacos topped with lime juice olive oil flavored cabbage, cilantro and avacado with lime wedges on the side
Ingredients
4 Tilapia filets (you could use cod or another firm fish)
1 Onion sliced
5 garlic minced
Paprika
Cumin
1 handful cilantro leaves minced
Salt
Sauté garlic and onions until softened. Place fish filets into the pan, add in salt, paprika and cumin and cook until fish is cooked throughout. In the last minute, add in corriander, grate in some lime zest and juice and remove from heat. Assemble your taco as you like & enjoy!😊
