Comfort food coz it's apparently still winter....pasta in a hearty meat sauce!
Kept this super simple
4-5 cloves garlic minced
1/2 lb regular ground beef
William Sonoma Mushroom Bolognese pasta sauce (I had some left over in the pantry and wanted to give it a try!)
Sauteed garlic and added in ground beef, salt, pepper, chili flakes and thyme until cooked through. Deglazed the pan with a little bit of red wine (Cab Sauvignon) and added the Ragu sauce and simmered until the oils separated from the sauce (~15 minutes).
Serve over warm pasta and enjoy!
