Homemade Pasta Bolognese!


A Simple and hearty meal for chilly days ❤


Ingredients:


1 lb fresh pasta

3-4 cloves garlic crushed and minced

1 small onion finely diced

2 carrots finely diced

2 celery finely diced

2 sprigs thyme

1/2 cup wine

1 jar of tomato sauce (we had homemade sauce)


Sautée onions, garlic, celery, carrots for 5 minutes until softened and add in salt, pepper, thyme and chili flakes to taste. Deglaze pan with wine and cook for about 2 minutes. Add in the tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Toss with pasta thats cooked al denté. Add a sprinkle of parm and basil...Enjoy! :)
