
On days between christmas and nye when no one seems to know what day it is, you just need a nice warm bowl of chili and a couch to snuggle into 💕
Ingredients
1 onion chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic diced
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cans kidney beans drained
Beef stock (I didn't have any and used my leftover beef bourguignon)
4 tomatoes diced
Salt & pepper to taste
Method
Toss all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours. Ladle into bowls, top with sour cream and shredded cheese and serve with crusty garlic bread. Hearty & delish!💕
