Banana bread


Homemade banana bread about to set your morning off!🪴A slightly healthier, no sugar recipe


Ingredients:

2 over ripe banana mashed

1/2 cup butter softened (we used salted butter here)

1 cup honey

2 eggs

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda


Method:

Mix butter and honey until creamy and add in 2 eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda. Add mashed banana to the butter and honey mix and slowly add in flour mixture. Pour the mix into a greased pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Enjoy!
